OUR BACKSTORY
THE ORIGIN OF THE MOVEMENT
SRL was born when our founder, Tara Lenae, quit her job without a Plan B.
No backup, No degree, No fallback.
Just a calling, a crazy amount of belief, faith, and a fire to figure it out.
She already knew what it felt like to be:
Overqualified and underpaid,
Gifted but stuck in survival mode,
Called by God but trapped in a system that didn’t make room for her destiny.
Despite stepping out into the unknown, it was the moment that birthed Shift Ready Legacy™

Most of our generation is
burnt out, broke, and bound
by systems that were never meant to sustain us, living paycheck-to-paycheck, in generational fear, stuck under corporate ceilings, under a systematic program designed to keep you as an employee.
